Ark Physical Therapy

ART (active release technique) is an aggressive form of treatment that combines soft tissue work with active motion of the joint or muscle being targeted. It involves pinning down one specific point of a muscle while having the patient perform the desired motion.  It is effective in improving tolerance to certain motions and decreasing overall muscle tightness.
