Ark Physical Therapy is an in-network provider with Medicare and works out-of-network with all other major insurance companies. Many patients have out-of-network benefits, and we’re happy to submit claims on your behalf. If you don’t have out-of-network coverage, we offer reasonable self-pay rates to make high-quality care accessible. Before your first visit, we’ll check your insurance benefits and clearly explain your options, so there are no surprises.
